The first one you need to watch to appreciate the movie. They fill you in on the second one for the most part. But you will probably enjoy it either way

They're all incredible movies my favorite is the dark knight rises the main antagonist of that one just gets me hype lol... watch the first two before you watch the third won't take much, you'll highly enjoy them trust me.

You could watch it w/o seeing Batman Begins and The Dark Knight and enjoy it but to get full understanding of the story I recommend watching them. Hope you enjoy the film either way!
