He, lead the ANBu foundation & carried out lot of undesirable acts...
even joined hands with Orochimaru, & conducted bloody experiments...
even stole Shisui's eye...& killed lots of Uchiha 2 get that shit izanagi .....
Tried 2 kill Sasuke , just because he's not a renegade nin...but that he may turn in2 a threat 4 him...
Manipulated the Samurai head 2 form the Ninja alliance & tried 2 become it's leader....
Even tried to get the Nine tails inside Naruto...

You're partially correct. However, Danzo was a factor in Itachi's descent into darkness. He convinced Itachi to commit genocide. Yes, Itachi choose to commit genocide and we are responsible for our own acts, but Danzo was the one who told Itachi to do that. Thus, Danzo shares some of Itachi's blame for the genocide and what Itachi became.
Here's another example. Itachi told Sasuke to hate. Sasuke did so and came to hate so much that he turned against his own village. Sasuke is responsible for his own actions, but Itachi is the reason why Sasuke did that. Thus, Itachi shares some blame in Sasuke's actions. Itachi admitted this to Sasuke himself when they meet last. Since Danzo convinced Itachi to be the darkness, Danzo also shares some blame in Sasuke's decisions.
