He only has 13 in manga. It was easier for those who don't exactly know how many he has.

Nope. Each eye closes after one minute. It's explained on the databook. Of he starts using too much chakra, the time decreases, but it's not measured by quantity of deaths, it's measured by time of inmortality.

So then he still gets ten minutes versus thirteen, although he wouldn't be using them for ten consecutive minutes.
