Danzou was always one of the main reasons for evil characters to choose dark side.
Danzou was with hanzou while hanzou was making Nagato kill Yahiko.
Danzou was the main reason for Sasuke's misbehaviours.
Danzou was the one threating orphanage and was the main reason for Kabuto's misbehaviours.

What do you think Danzou may be related to Obito's dark side story? and How?

Obito was pretty calm when they met though. and apparently they had also met once before the Uchiha massacre, which would mean that Obito let him walk twice... so, it's either that Rin's death might had been caused by Danzou but has nothing to do with Obito's dark story (doubtful) or Danzou had nothing to do with it.
