In the Naruto Shippuden, after Tsunde passed out due to chakra control, Danzo Shiruma became the "sixth" Hokage. Danzo began a obsession with the Sharigan and became a bounty hunter. He went after Saskue Uchiha, who ended up killing him. He was accompanied by two anbu ninjas: Fu and Tourne. What happened to Fu and Tourne?

They were killed and revived by Kabuto and Tobi and used as demonstrations as to how Edo Tensei works.

He already had an obsession with the Sharingan he took Shisui's and probably all of the other ones he had way before Sasuke even unlocked his MS. Danzo announced to the hidden cloud village that they could go after Sasuke. (Sasuke went after Danzo though.) Torune and Fu were ANBU:Foundation Members. and Tobi put them under genjutsu and in his pocket dimension til he made Kabuto test his Impure World Ressurection on the two.
