It's actually a very smart strategy to have lots of eye implantet onto your arms/hands and then use Izanagi and i theory never die. So why didn't Obito take Danzo and his eyes + shisui's eye with Kamui? and implant them on himself? He has Hashirama's cells and could controll the eyes even better than Danzo.

Yes i know he wanted Sasuke to hone his skills but thats not a good enough reason to throw away all those eyes + shisui's eye...

You mean during the fight ? If that I had a misconception during reading.. Hmm idk plot or maybe because he wanted to be careful because he didn't know any of Danzo's jutsus at the beg. Also he was eager to train Sasuke and see his potential and let him fight Danzo
