Danzo without Izanagi

ok!! so how strong is danzo without his izanagi(eyes in his arm) i mean.. can he defeat someone strong just by using wind style, paralyzing jutsu and happy meal elephant? we all know izanagi is like a cheat jutsu.. it can cheat death.. turn reality into fantasy? (is that the right term?) .can he win without it? without cheating death?
yes i know he's kinda strong.. "KINDA" ..i mean can he defeat some akatsuki member? darui? asuma? hinata? etc. please leave ur opinions: danzo VS whom he can win..and explain why..

danzo vs sakura.. YES HE CAN.. danzo just need to avoid of getting close to sakura or he's dead..

high jounin level, the wind techniques and curse seals aren't to be sniffed at. sure they took second stage to izanagi, but sasuke at that level would beat any one of the 5 kage. without izanagi the other kage would all beat him for sure though, mid diff
