Danzo. I really did not like this guy. And after he dies. My mind is not changed. He's a hateable character. What he did was good and almost everything was for the good of the village. But he screw up so many people and it lead to wars and more choas. He did more bad then good. I doubt he would be a good hokage seeing he wanted to keep Naruto in jail and take over the Nine-Tails. I honestly can't like this guy.
That Kishimoto's work of art there. Even inside the Narutoverse other people did not like Danzo so Kishimoto portrayed his character really well. As a really "stupid meany face"
Really dislike Danzo. And Hanzo for even teaming up with his. (Where was Danzo at all of this, saving the village from mass chaos? No hiding under the roots.)
