Danzo should take this mid difficulty considering his elemental advantage over Kakashi's main element. Both have sharingan which can copy each other's jutsu so this becomes a battle of stamina. Danzo should have more because he used ten mins of Izanagi which is very chakra taxing and because he possesses Hashirama's cells. Danzo had to keep Izanagi on the entire time because Sasuke possessed instant one shot techs but 3 tomoe Kakashi does not.

This is very difficult matchup.
Kakashi is the better ninja from both of them, but is he able to go against izanagi without kamui.
I think Kakashi has his chances, even though the intel is non, kakashi can summon pakkun who will sit at his shoulders or head or back.
Together they can form a strategy or figuring out about izanagi and pakkun can detect danzo with his nose when the latter is resporning due to izanagi.
Kakashis Mud wall is a good counter to every windjutsu in danzos arsenal, it might even defend kakashi against baku.
There is also doton hiding like a mole to dodge attacks or preparing a move.
Kakashi will go underground when baku is summoned and will come out under bakus legs and cut him with raiden so it will disappear.
I really don't know, i think it can go either way, but i will support kakashi.
