It wasnt hard for Sasuke to leave several hits on Danzo. One punch from Tsunade and he would already been in his coffin. Tsunade can always summon Katsuyu if she needs help. A medical nin needs to be fast and dodge alot, so they wont need to use their chakra on themselves, I cant see why people cant get that in their head.
She would get a hit on Danzo by the time her creation rebirth wears out. Especially if she has Katsuyu out and causes major earthquakes, fissures, craters or whatever.
Btw, I think we have yet to see what her nature type is, or some other jutsus. A Senju without a kekkei genkai, too weird.
