Yeah... Except Kotoamatsukami activates without the opponent knowing. Tsunade won't be able to tell she's under a Genjutsu. To her, it'd be her own thoughts, not the ones Danzō would be planting.
Regarding her breaking his Curse Mark, I wonder if Tsunade can release V2 Susano'o level Chakra in an instant. I know you think she can, but I doubt it.
There is absolutely no way Tsunade can beat Danzō.
