danzo vs sasuke ???

as u all know sasuke beats danzo in the manga
my question is did sasuke won because he was actualy stronger than danzo or because he has a more important role in the series
From my point of view danzo should have won
He could have used izanagi he had a dozen sharingans and the DNA of the First Hokage in him
I just cant believe he lost

maybe he should have won but........ " it's not that a ninja with limitless power always wins" though danzo had sharingans in his arm and has shodaime's DNA he understimated sasuke. and became the victim of genjutsu...........that the reason he loss the battle with sasuke.......

well thats the thing danzo wasnt the type to underestimte an opponent no matter how weak he was
the way he lost makes him look like a total fool
he gathered so much power and planned so much but in the end he underestimates a kid and because of that he dies

LMAO !!! Yeah you right Also He was given incredible power by Kishi without a damn reason!

PS: It's a shame Danzo is not in Naruto Shippuden Ultimate ninja storm 2, I don't especially like the character but the fight VS Sasuke wasn't bad at all. (Yeah I know he s not in it cause the game ends after Pain's defeat with a Killer bee vs Sasuke bonus round. )

danzo was a better ninja and stronger, he just fell to the super saiyan powers of sasuke (he gets stronger for no reason out of no were with out any training.lol).. but on a serious note, danzo could have won if it was 1 0n 1. tobi and karin help/saved him. danzo wasnt even that serious with sasuke and because of that he died. i would of liked to see shuisi's jutsus tho..

I don't think it was a good battle for either Sasuke or Danzo. Both of them made stupid mistakes, but Danzo's stupid mistakes were worse and he died.

Danzo: He wasted his first few sharingan, playing with Sasuke. He didn't even try to go on the offensive until his first 3 or 4 sharingan were already spent. If he hadn't been so care-free with his sharingan early in the battle, he may have had more later towards the end. At the beginning of the battle he charged right in, and was "killed" three times without really even starting a serious attack. When Danzo put his seal on Sasuke, he had an opportunity to kill him and wasted it by talking and being slow. Also, towards the end of the battle Danzo decided to conserve energy in case he had to battle Madara too. At the end of the battle, Sasuke's strategy was to continue attacking Danzo, to force him to waste chakra and waste his sharingans. Danzo fell right into this trap without trying to play it safe, or study his opponent, or preserve his resources.

Sasuke: Let's start at the beginning. Sasuke starts the battle with Susanoo. He doesn't move, doesn't use Taijutsu, doesn't try to dodge, doesn't try to learn anything about his opponent. Boom! spam Susanoo. Then amaterasu. Then Tsukuyomi. And Susanoo again. Finish it off with a Tsukuyomi again. Sasuke was burning chakra and was only a few techniques away from going blind. If Danzo was just a little smarter and more reserved, he could easily have outlasted Sasuke.

Both Danzo and Sasuke were wasting chakra and resources as quickly as possible, and neither of them were taking the itme to really study their opponent. In the end, Danzo let his resources run out faster. If Danzo had been smarter, he certainly could have won.

Sasuke needs help with everything, He used to be so independent in the first series showing everybody up but now he's just a puppy wrapped around Madara's finger and can't beat anyboy without help...I respect Danzo more because, although he was a militant extreamist he still wanted what was best for Konoha. I didn't like him but you can respect somebody and not like them. As for Sasuke I don't like or respect him.

Yeah Danzo definately wasted some sharingans to try and talk some sense into Emo Sasuke....
But don't forget Sasuke was probably not 100% either cause he had just fought in the Kage summit...
Don't get me wrong I was all for a Danzo win... I hate Sasuke but you can't beat Kishi ............

Well said I agree and I do like sasuke...also danzo had his team but day got done in by madara so if day didn't fight madara day would have fought with danzo against sasuke so kill da sasuke had help noise every ninja (great ninja) had help in most fight....(i.e sasuke danzo, naruto, kakashi, killer bee and his bro, gaara, ect...) so just stop

Naruto did beat 6 bodies of Pain only because of the intel on each of them and Hinata's intervention. Pain isn't weak, he fought Jiraiya, killed him and then headed straight for Konoha. Would Naruto stand a chance without the information on each body? No.

Only an Uchiha, or a Jinchurikii cause he has his beast inside him to help disturb the chakra as well as the genjutsu.

not really, danzo didnt use the 1st powers till wen the arrow soonano'o was about to kill him because he turned off the izanagi.. soooooo... this just prove the tsukiomi isnt unstopable (atleast sasukes isnt)

Its never been hinted that Danzo could use the eyes in his arm for sight, so not being able to use Shisui's eye takes away all the advantages the sharingan brings to the table. Not to mention it was shown that Danzo was quite skilled with the sharingan.

Then you have to account for the fact that it wasn't Sasuke, but Karin who discovered the secret of Izanagi. This was important to Sasuke winning as it let him devise a plan on how to defeat Danzo.

Last but not least at the end of the fight Sasuke was practically out of chakra. Had he not taken a bite out of Karin and regained his strength, theres a good chance that Danzo could have still won after being stabbed and losing the shodaime enhanced arm due to regaining the use of Shisui's eye.

Agreed, and at the bottom of that page you linked, it also shows how he couldn't control Hashimara's power thus letting go of it. So it is like an entity (that was taking over Danzo) within Danzo, and I don't think he used the chakra until Susano'o arrow, but by disturbing it during tsukoyomi (No visual proof just like when Killer bee got out of Tsukoyomi) he could have gone out of it just like Killer bee did. This is a far shot obviously but hopefully people see where I m getting at with this.

Danzo was wasting time on purpose, waiting for Shisui's eye to recover. He was also pretty much completely screwed in that fight cuz he was outnumbered and had to be extra careful because he would of had to deal with Madara after he killed Sasuke and didn't wanna have no energy left.

His ultimate downfall was his plan backfired when Sasuke caught him completely by surprise with an unexpected attack through Karin. :<

Just like with Killer Bee, if Sasuke was alone he would of died against him, and would of died to Danzo as well. Even Itachi was stronger than him. Sasuke's allys are what make him strong, and he doesn't even realize that and runs around thinking he's invincible. :s
