Danzo vs Sasuke question

I was just watching the Danzo vs Sasuke fight and had a little thought.....
at the end of the fight Danzo still had Shisui's eye available to use for Izanagi or kotoamatsukami...
(me myself would of used kotoamatsukami to change Obito)
but my question is why didn't Danzo use it?
I have a feeling it may revolve around chakra but wondered what others thought.

Why are people saying it's chakra? It's not because of chakra. Danzo wasn't low at chakra at the beginning of the fight was he?

KA was simply in cooldown because he already used it against Mifune. Surely, if it was a chakra issue, Danzo would have used KA right at the beginning.

Well first off, he was trying to eliminate sasuke and preserve chakra at the same time in order to properly dispose of obito. plus, at the end of his fight with sasuke, he was still unable to utilize shisui's eye due to the fact that he manipulated mifune with it.

it was in cool down but towards the end of the fight danzo started to unravel his bandages to use KA or izanagi with shisui's eye. he was deciding what to do. that's why i thought myself it may of been chakra.

yes i know this he was trying to save chakra against obito but right at the very end he had a chance to use it on either sasuke or obito he should of just chosen one of them and used KA and then obito and sasuke would of fought each other because one of turned good. but that would of obviously ruined the series how kishi wanted it lol

Danzo dint know what to do with the eye that moment, whether to use that eye for another izanagi or mind control, but Sasuke dint give him the thinking time
