He's actually a few powerful shinobi who can go toe to toe and beat some of them.

It's rather simple in my mind. The Sharingan points out his Chakra centre and Danzo acts accordingly. If Danzo ever gets defeated by Sasori, his Izanagi's 're-spawn' location option would allow him to appear right behind, or close to Sasori himself.

You do realize that the core isn't the only chakra point in Sasori's body? Hence how he can perform chakra strings, ....

At any rate, Izanagi spans him and then what? Stabs him with a sword? Nope as the sword would be flung away by now due to magnetism, Fuuton? Nah, he has no pinpoint fuutons if i remember correctly ..

That, and he can easily see the chakra strings from Sasori going to his puppets. IF the Iron sand, or anything defeats him. He can simply Izanagi away to a prime spot to cut those strings, and then head off to Sasori himself.

Can normal swords even chop Chakra strings? ..... and like i said Sword Gets magnetized pretty quickly

Yes he does his Futon attacks would dice him. Then there's the inclusion of his Sharingan - which he never used before, which is naturally going to increase his accuracy.
