Gates aren't really the way to go since it's been known to be a double-edged sword. Honestly I can't think of a way for Team 2 to win that doesn't involve my feeling biased towards myself. In context with the manga Neji and Lee are no where near Danzo (from my interpretation at least). The duo were easily out-done against 30% Kisame who had the disadvantage of being caught off guard and weaponless. Now I'll give credit to Neji since he got his team out of danger (makes sense since he's the Jounin after all), but they were still surprised. Danzo on the other hand... has shown much more in comparison which I think many would agree on lol

To make the fight more interesting I've automatically banned Izanagi for my post.

I think Lee and Neji's combined forces can win this, but Danzo isn't exactly lacking. His Fuuton(even without boosts from Izanagi) are pretty destructive, and Baku can be useful. I think Neji will eventually fall to Danzo in this match fairly easily, I can see Lee going all-out in gates after awhile and come out victorious. Danzo doesn't really have ways to handle gates but it's no one-hit-KO, so it could go either way.

I don't think Rock Lee and Neji have any way of winning this. Danzo is a pretty strong guy, low Kage level for sure.

Rock Lee using gates would only harm himself, and seeing how Danzo has so many lives, Rock Lee would be useless by the time it wears off. Neji has grown, but he's nowhere near the levels of Sasuke and Naruto.

Danzo will take this mid difficulty. He has such powerful wind jutsus as well, I can see him taking out Rock Lee pretty quickly with one of them.
