What if was the Raikage who catched up to Danzo instead of Sasuke?

Location: Samurai Bridge

Distance: 30 meters

Intel: Danzo knows about Raikages speed and Raiton affinity. Ay knows about Danzo's Fuuton affinity and Shisui's sharingan on his left eye.

Conditions: Danzo will start with his braces off. Ay will have both arms.

Restrictions: Danzo will only be able to activate Kotoamatsukami after one hour and a half into the battle. (Ay knows about that)

With no Intel on Izanagi and Curse Seal you basically want Danzo to win.

Well, in a straight firefight, Danzō is no match for Ay. Ay would pummel Baku into submission, and tank/evade all of Danzō's fuuton.

The problem here is Danzō's fuinjutsu and Izanagi, of course. Looking at naruto wiki's entry of the Self-Cursing Seal, it says that a strong enough release of chakra would be enough to break free. Sasuke managed to break free by activating and materializing a stronger form of Susano'o. Ay could conceivably do the same thing if he charges up his chakra while in v2 raiton chakra mode, considering Karin compared his chakra to that of a tailed beast. I'm not completely sure about this, though.

I'll say that if Ay is able to break through the curse seal, he'll just destroy Danzō for however long Izanagi is active. If he can't, well, he loses.

Danzo wins this. He doesn't need to react to Ay or worry about getting blitzed because of izanagi, and fuuton would blow off the raiton cloak, leaving Raikage vulnerable to getting sliced apart by more fuuton or a chakra blade.
