They didn't even sparred, Danzo caught Sasuke first and the Uchiha grievously wounded and took the elder's arm right after.
If he ever touched or harmed Sasuke in any way, it wasn't because of his negligible taijutsu.

His hawk saved him from falling after Danzo's earlier attack and did nothing else after. What does that have to do with Sasuke cutting Danzo without retaliation?
