Danzo Vs. Orochimaru

I'd give this one to Danzo high difficulty. He has a suicide sealing jutsu so at best Orochimaru can settle for a draw. People underestimate 10 minutes of izanagi just because Sasuke managed to force Danzo into using all of it but this is because Sasuke has instant OHKOs so Danzo was forced to overuse izanagi.
Danzo can paralyse Orochimaru by grabbing his neck although against Orochimaru, this will prove to be extremely difficult because Orochimaru can spit snakes with kusanagi blades out of his mouth. Danzo's best bet is to pound Orochimaru with mid-long range wind attacks although Orochimaru can avoid them using the attack prevention technique to fuse with the stadium but Danzo should catch on quickly.
Baku is a gamechanger and could potentially be used to combat Orochimaru's ten thousand snakes formation or the eight headed serpent. The wind slash Danzo used on Sasuke's susanoo will no doubt cut apart Orochimaru, his snakes, snake heads and snake arms. For this reason, I give the fight to Danzo as long as he uses izanagi when he actually needs to.

Just a matter of time before Oro ices Danzo. Rather than breaking down conditions or abilities, I thought about the following things.
1. Before the invasion, Sarutobi said there was no one in the Leaf Village at the present who could go toe to toe with Orochimaru and hope to finish him off. Danzo was residing in the Leaf at the time, yes?
2. Unless there is a flashback someday showing he actually helped out during the Invasion, can we assume Danzo was either battling a few harmless Sand/Sound Genin far away from serious danger or hiding in the closet of Iruka's classroom at the Academy? Of course I understand he hadn't been created yet, but again he was somewhere in the village.

no one, not even danzo's closest men knew of his dealings with oro and subsequent implants. especially the benevolent hokage who thinks the best of everyone, even uchihas. he put them in a seal to guard against sensors.
