Danzo's wind attacks are a bad matchup for them as imo Neji can't block wind with his defense especially the caliber of Danzo's he'd be swiss cheese, plus they have no way to deal with his summon wind elephant thing.

Neji's most impressive feat? None. He ALWAYS lost. A clone of a clone of Kisame easily trapped him with his Water Style. Lee? He was alright when he was first debuted, but just like Neji, he was hopeless against Kisame and after that, never accomplished anything. Danzo was going to defeat MS Sasuke (who had to be healed by Karin in order to keep fighting). In other words, Danzo is around MS Sasuke's overall prowess (whether he is above or below is arguable). This means he should be able to spank both Lee and Neji.
