Danzo wins because of Preta Path and Tsukuyomi. Also, his Byakugan and Sage Mode allows for unmatched sensing. Literally no way Mu can win this.

Wait, so Danzo literally does have rinnegan and byakugan?! If that's not just a pretty picture then yeah Danzo wins because he can sense Muu. He'd only be able to use one at a time though so he can't know where Mu is AND attack with a Rinnegan tech.

His existing moveset might put up a pretty good fight though.

If Danzo doesn't know where he is though then Mu wins med diff.

muu wins imo. Danzo's izanagi benefit is nullified by muu's sensing feats. Gaara couldn't even grab muu with sand under his feet, while naruto couldn't blitz him (except when muu thought he'd have enough time).

When danzo respawns, muu knows where he is.

For that matter, when muu figures out what izanagi is doing, he just goes invisible and lets danzo's eyes close themselves off. Then he comes back in and kills. Muu has plenty of ways to win and is a good counter for izanagi.

what would ten times do? mu just has to survive danzos offence for 11 minutes while doing damage every now and then.
