I think Minato would win this one with high difficulty. He would use CQC to figure out Dnazo's technique and judging by how easily he read Tobi's jutsu I don't think its too much of a stretch to say he would figure out the Izanagi as well. That being said Minato still has outlast Danzo's multiple Izanagi's which I don't think would be to difficult through use of FTG. Minato also has Gamabunta that could counter Danzo's Elephant and potentially free him from deep forest emergence. Once Danzo gets marked it would be over. Kurama's chakra seals the win for Minato.
