Those conditions are way too easy for Minato. Minato only needs Kurama if Kotoamatsukami is used. Kurama can break it easier than an outside source can because his chakra is already connected to Minato's, which makes disturbing the partner's chakra almost second nature to a bijuu.

An example of this is shown in Sasuke vs Killer Bee.

Sage mode breaks out of curse seal. And if Danzo touches Minato to plant a curse seal, you can bet in that moment that Minato also tagged Danzo with FTG.

Even if Danzo has the same usability of Wood release as Madara, doesn't mean he has enough chakra supply to perform it on as big a scale as madara can.

I'm going to use the Manga-scans as always to show why BM Minato >> BSM Naruto or PS Sasuke. And Also try to show why even Legends like Hashirama and Madara can't win against him in a heated battle!

What Separates Mianto from Others and What makes his BM better than Naruto's BSM??:
In BM many would Say that Minato is like Naruto but with less Jutsus but that isn't true at all, in fact BM Minato is still better than BSM Naruto

Naruto has none and Minato is the best ever, nuff said U_U

Another best example would be this-

After the God-tree went bat-shit crazy, Minato and Naruto were in serious trouble but Minato even after Tree taking a chunk of chakra was able to escape on his own and retain the KCM cloak where as Naruto completely lost his BSM and was about to be killed but both Nidaime and Sandaime Saved his U_U

Now the above is BM Minato with both arms, a shinobi so powerful that Kishi needed to nerf him that's why Kishi made him lose his arm and his Kyuubi Chakra Zzz

BM Minato's comparison with VOTE Legends (Individually):

1. Minato is above both of them in speed.
2. Hashirama is above Minato in raw-destructive power and Madara at the same level with his PSS.
3. Minato is above both of them in Fuuin Jutsus by feats but I have a reason to believe that Hahsirama and Madara are on Minato's level in Fuuin Jutsus.
4. Minato has greater chakra than both of them.
5. Minato can escape any situation and any attack but the Legends can't U_U

By BM feats, BM Minato is equal to EMS Madara and even Hashirama can't win against him [not suggesting that Minato beats Hashirama U_U] but its a stalemate as BM Minato goes toe-to-toe with them. But in a battle Minato's skills have far greater impact, he has saved the Entire shinobi alliance twice and can escape any situation, he's the only one who can react to Current Obito, a seasoned warrior with deadly strategy and that's why he's a better option as a fighter than the mere destruction VOTE Legends U_U

Again I'm not saying that Minato takes out SM Hashi or Edo Madara but saying that Minato is better option than what they were @ VOTE

Kishi still maintains Minato as the unsurpassed shinobi, Minato's potential is so overwhelming that he overshadows Naruto or Sasuke the main attractions and hence Kishi nerfed him by making him lose his arm and his BM U_U

Lol no. Any prior damage/hit the caster gets will count. Anything after the jutsu is cast is render into an illusion. So Minato has to mark him before Izanagi. Just like how Susanoo scratch Danzo, but it stayed with him when he activated Izanagi again.

Except I am not interesting with a list of Minato's arsenals, but interested in an argument on how it will be effective, which leads to his victory.

-Once Danzo is marked he can finish off danzo one by one through FTG,,, as Danzo would be forced to use izanagi,,
using FTG also doesnt tax much chakra from minato,, therefore he can outlast 10 minutes of izanagi rather comfortably
