I'm with Minato more times than not. Danzo's best bet is his Fuinjutsu, but then, Minato is the fastest in this manga with near unparalleled reflexes. So I guess it depends on that. Baku would get manhandled by Bunta, and Danzo would get killed a few times. Minato's gonna have a lot of tagging to do, but his Shunshin ensures it. If he can just repeatedly assassinate the old man, he'll pull it off. If he debunks Izanagi, and is able to clock on the time limit, he can outlast it, then comfortably dead him off for good.

Naruto and A both have faster Shunshin while Itachi and Sasuke's are roughly on par with Minato's. Naruto's is to the point where Minato can't react. Nor does FTG make him untouchable, theres plenty of ways to get around it.

Why would he exchange blows with Danzo when he can get himself into a position where he can hit Danzo without the risk of getting hit? That would make absolutely zero sense if Minato tried a tactic like that.

Usually when you exchange blows, it requires both people to do so, one person can't exchange blows with someone who isn't going to hit back.

Not even going to talk about someone who is really believing Itachi or Sasuke having roughly the same shunshin speed as Minato even after we saw him totally leaving the hokages in the dust recently, said hokages who themselves left Sasuke behind, said Sasuke Itachi was uncapable to distance.
