Honestly i dont see how danzo can win...minato can just use FTG for super quick death blows which will force danzo to us izangi and waste his life's like they were nothing. Then once his lifes are gone its game over...

Minato whether you like him or not because is of his FTG is a super hard hero to beat/counter. How do you stop some one who has instant teleportation??? Even raikage would of died if minato didnt decide to spare his life.

Without Shisui's eye Danzo will undoubtedly lose. Minato is simply WAY too fast for him to even think about trying to fight against.

With Shisui's eye, Danzo will obviously win because he'll just use Kotoamatsukami and Minato will probably kill himself haha.
