Danzo can also use his wind blade to slice Mifune up. He also has sharingan precog to help him out if Mifune gets an upper-hand. There is also Baku which will swallow Mifune up. There is also izanagi. Sure Mifune can stop Danzo from making seals but what if he turns his back and lets Mifune cut him while he activates izanagi. He could do this without dying because he has Hashirama's cells which will boost his life force.
