I don't see anyone else being able to defeat Tobi apart from Real Madara.

The only power Shisui's MS has is KA and Danzo has shown no other genjutsu.

I would say Danzo wins this fight. He has Wood and Wind Nature & Obviously must have earth. He can kill Kisame several times if need be while sacirifing himself. Danzo would win here IMO.

Not saying Sasuke>Kisame. Sasuke had help to heal and warnings on Danzo.
