Kakuzu wins. Danzo can't fight to save his life, he died the most simplest deaths against sasuke. Kakuzu has years fighting experience, and gave Kakashi a hard time and survived a fight with Hashirama.

Doesn't matter if he has 10 sharingan. Kakuzu still has 5 hearts that have to be destroyed, which aren't easy to kill, meanwhile Danzo dies from mere Shuriken Lol. Kakuzu wrecks in CQC, with his superior Taijutsu and thread versatility. Meanwhile the hears are also simultaneously attacking Danzo.

Baku gets dealt with the same way Sasuke did. Feed it fire style for lunch, and it's gone.
