Kakashi. He is a better overall ninja than Danzo. Besides Izanagi, Danzo is not that impressiv. Kakashi is much more stronger than him from my point of vue besides Izanagi. But yes, thanks to Izanagi, Danzo could take opportunities by surprising his opponents, but his opponent here is Kakashi, someone who almost everytime uses kage bunshin when he doesn't know the real power of his opponent, so he could outsmart Danzo this way and possibly figure out how Izanagi works and defeat him. But if Danzo has KA, he win of course

Sasuke could beat Danzo, so Kakashi can beat Danzo. Altough Sasuke has Susano'o, Amaterasu and Tsukuyomi, Kakashi is genius in battle.. I think that Kakashi win with high difficulty..
