without knowledge kabuto wont know that he has to keep his eyes closed against danzo and KA doesn't need eye contact as danzo never removed the bandages that hid it from view, so as soon as danzo see's kabuto its game over

I doubt it doesn't require eye contact or it would have been said in the manga. We didn't see Danzo and Mifune all the time during the kage summit, so how can you say when he used it?

when mifune suggests the alliance, Danzo in his thought says he likes where it is heading,why would he say that if he was already controlling mifune?,and he made no notion of controlling him. It wasnt until that time when he made mifune choose him as the leader,also AO didnt sense anything wrong until that moment as well.
