1.Since he can use 3T Shisui eye, he can sneak in a generic sharingan genjutsu, which Jiraya will not be unaware of.

2.Plus, it takes a second to remove sealing brace[

Jiriaya doesn't start in Sage Mode and ain't getting into it with this location either. Danzo kills Jiraiya with a surprise attack after Izanagi respawn. We know how vulnerable Jiraiya is when he thinks he's killed his opponent. That's what cost him the fight against Pain after all.

summons are allowed as well fyi, it's a big part of Jiraya's game and Ma & PA for widescale attaks while Danzo does have Baku the Elephant thing.

As much as I love Danzo, I believe Jiraiya wins. Katon > Fuuton, so wind attacks get overpowered as does the Baku summon. Now Danzo has no offensive attacks, and Jiraiya can kill him off for ten minutes. Jiraiya doesn't even need SM.

How did that work out for Sasuke. Danzo is not dumb, he isn't going to clash Futon with Katon.
