This would be a tough fight and for someone of Jiraiya's calibre, fighting for 10 minutes is not too hard because he has a lot of chakra especially if he reaches sage mode. Now Danzo's summon Baku is highly underrated and if it weren't for susanoo, Sasuke would have been swallowed up by Baku. For this reason, Jiraiya's summons will prove to be ineffective in combat.

Well Jiraiya can use Yomi Nuri to sink Baku so I guess if he can do that, it will become a lot easier to beat Danzo. Danzo's futton attacks are very strong and highly underrated though but Jiraiya has great dodging skills, durability and fire style. If Jiraiya reaches sage mode, he can beat Danzo with high difficulty. Otherwise Danzo wins mid-high difficulty.

I didn't factor in KA because that is cheap but if it is allowed than Danzo wins low difficulty.

KA is an instant KO but I disgarded it because it is obvious that Danzo beats Jman with it. Without it the fight would be more interesting. As for izanagi, I believe Jman can figure it out because he figured some of Pain's abilities out by himself and is more intelligent and wise than Sasuke. FYI, Sasuke never needed Karin's help to figure izanagi and when Karin was about to tell Sasuke the secrets of izanagi, Sasuke already figured it out and told Danzo.

Jiraiya also has Ma and Pa helping him so they can be a considerable help when it comes to advice and they also have some attacks that can force Danzo to use izanagi up.

I forgot about Danzo's fuinjutsu but Jiraiya is not a CQC fighter so it isn't much of a concern. I do know that Danzo can use Shisui's eye to help him out but Danzo is pretty old so Jiraiya is probably slightly faster than him especially in sage mode.

Those two can be avoided in various ways but KA can not. Also Danzo has never won a battle using it nor can he spam the move. There is a time limit so people don't take the move seriously.
