Danzo vs. Hiruzen

If you believe in tobirama's intellengence, and I do, he had a good reason for picking hiruzen instead of danzo. He was called the god of shinobi so I am sure hiruzen is the strongest. Plus hiruzen had fire release which is supirior to danzo's major affinity

This. Danzo seems like he would destroy Hiruzen from what we've seen. Then again, Danzo also admitted feeling like he was a step behind Hiruzen... I really wish Hiruzem would get some feats, he sounds like top 15-20 potential but from what we have nothing to back that up.

I think you're misunderstanding,, Fire is stronger than wind, since wind makes the fire even stronger.
