whats the point of making a vs thread when one of the people can use KA? its a pointless thread because there is no known counter for KA

For one, Madara has the EMS/Rinnegan combo which means he has the strongest eyes alive right now. Now, I'mma use former history here.
Well, I was but I got bored.
Sasuke used 3T, and was able to reverse Oro's Dimensional Transfer Gen/Ninjutsu. Now, Sasuke then reversed Itachi's MS (I think) Genjutsu with 3T again. Now, you agree EMS/Rinne > 3T right? So, Madara should be able to intercept the genjutsu with his eyes, and either block, or even reverse the genjutsu back unto Danzo.
But to your question, Madara could simply not look at his eyes, and use his many jutsus.
And if you say that Damiyo never looked at Danzo's eyes, you would be lying. For when Damiyo addressed the Kages, he looked every single one dead in the eyes, and that is when Danzo sprung his Gen trap.

no it wouldnt. if KA works then danzo can control him. it only set itachi free because he had programmed shisui's eye with the command protect konoha. this command was put over kabuto's control and now itachi is stopping kabuto in order to protect konoha
I doubt Kotoamatsukami would work anywhere near as well on an EMS user, the most powerful Uchiha at that. Moreover Danzo has never actually shown the efficiency to use it like Shisui and the crow did, his best work of it was very subtle manipulation in order to make him Hokage, and whatnot.
With that said, I think Edo Madara easily has the potential to outlast Danzo and Izanagi, he's also one of the few characters who actually probably has knowledge on it furthering the level of stomp.

no it doesnt just set you free. Itachi cant do anything else at the moment but go after kabuto because he is the biggest threat to the leaf. He has to protect konoha. KA controls the victim without them knowing, as far as madara would be concerned sealing himself would be the natural thing to do.
the only reason kishi made the eyes of shisui be destroyed is because they have the most hax of abilities in the whole of the story practically.
