"Breaking the other out" isn't as easy as it sounds.
It requires them to make physical contact with the person in a genjutsu.
So if Danzo KA's Kabuto, Itachi won't be able to physically touch him because of Kabuto's reflexes + Danzo can just make Kabuto keep his distance from Itachi.

Itachi tagged kabuto several times, regardless of kabutos DSM reflexes, if the former didnt tag him then izanami wouldve never been executed, so even if kabuto is fallen under KA (which is highly highly unlikely) then Itachi can just break him free,
not to mention that a simple kai seal can break the person out of genjutsu it is definitely as easy as it sounds

At that point, Danzo makes Kabuto summon Edo Deidara, who nukes the entire battlefield, killing Kabuto and Itachi. Or he makes Kabuto summon Lord Mu, who comfortably solos Itachi U_U

Not happening, how does kabuto fall under KA to begin with? when he would seal his vision completely,
KA isnt like Izanami where a loop of events are formed, nor is it like izanagi which creates a new reality
and even then, danzo using kabuto to summon edos just makes this worse when itachi can use his crows and can tag kabuto quite well to break him free,
as the edos would just gang rape danzo afterwards

KA doesn't require eye contact, as seen when Danzo cast it on Mifune despite a bandage covering his eye
