danzo coz he has izanagi and didnt use shisuis eye in his fight against sasuke, also his baku is a scary creature, it probably could suck in thousands of ninja.
also he could use shodaimes jutsus to destroy onokis earth, he wouldnt even have to use izanagi against onoki.

onoki because he can fly and use dust release which can take out armies. assuming he can use it 11 times or however many times it takes danzo to use up all his sharingans then oonoki wins. baku is useless as it uses vacuum powers and oonoki can use fire release so like sasuke he could defeat it. onoki just seems more powerful to me but danzo is not weak lmaonoobs. dont bring this danzo sasuke stuff in to this thread as well, he had trouble just deal with it.
