Danzo- The Most Underrated Character

- Highly intelligent

- Massive End-Game sealing technique

Danzo is in my top ten without a doubt, sitting at around 6 or 7. I can't believe he was just trolled like that.

Without Kotamatsukami he isn't Top 10. Top 15 at best but realistically, Top 20 or 25. He is underrated but still that doesn't mean you can put him at 6 or 7 place.
