Danzo, Sixth Hokage. (BTW I do read the manga and watch the anime)

Look, why does everyone hate Danzo? I am like him, heavily logical rather than emotional. Tsunade was naive. If I were Hokage, I would have killed Sasuke a long time ago! He is a rogue ninja who attempted to abduct someone, is wanted by many nations, and flat out has no feelings for Naruto anymore! Why does Naruto still try if it's lost cause? Why doesn't want to kill this, this villain?! Also, Naruto would have a squad of ANBU Black Ops watching him closely since he is unpredictable and rash. If it Tsunade hadn't been so illogical, Pain would never have succeeded in destroying the village. Yes, I know Danzo was standing on sidelines during the atttack, but it was because nobody respected him, so why should he save disrespectful ingrates? The Leaf needs a strong and rational Hokage, the Leaf needs Danzo (who is like me)!

Isn't the purpose of the hokage to protect the village? There's no better way to become hokage then to do what naruto did...

Ya i completely agree. He makes a point that ninjas need to stay in the dark but there are sometimes when you must step out of the shadows. His actions make complete sense over Tsunades. Though Danzo may be overbearing, he makes rational decisions. For instance when he had the root look over Naruto to make sure he doesnt leave or get out of control. He just didnt want the nine tails to be released like what almost happened during his fight with Pein. Tsunades decisions are mostly based on emotion. I like both of the characters though, they are interesting. Danzo's background is amazing

Itachi muder his all entire clan ordered undirectly by danzo, Itachi tsukomiying sasuke (till he desperate and seek of power) because afraid danzo would kill sasuke. Uchiha clan plan for coup de etat because the suspicious of danzo for Nine Tail attack by Uchiha Clan.

well i personally dont hate danzo
Im annoyed that he didnt play a main part in the series until recently in the anime and his position as hokage is so brief its kinda pointless kikashi accomplishes as much as him as hokage with the exception of the shinobi alliance which was a joint decision amongst the kages
anyways you all seem passionate about naruto series
so think of it like this naruto and sasuke have been rivals from the begining and formed a bond and naruto beleives he can still change sasukes mind and make him a friend again he has been chasing sasuke for 3-4 years if he gives up now its going to be a waste of time as madara says in the manga sasuke and naruto have been rivals from the start its thier fate
naruto will keep trying to convince sasuke until the end and i dont recall who said it but they said naruto and sasuke are going to fight until they both die something along those lines

well he stood on the sidelines so tsunade would die or be hurt enough for him to take over (success). and how many people in and out of the manga have asked wtf is with naruto chasing sasuke now? It was his first friend, like a brother to brother connection, its getting insane at this point tho, i didn't think they were that good of friends to begin with.

Even if Danzo used all his crazy sharingans he still wouldn't have defeated Pain since the real Pain wasn't there. Men like Danzo may be necessary evils to avoid certain destruction and uprisings, but when men like him are in control true devastation is sure to follow.

It's probably because Naruto never goes back on his promises, and it was the first person around his age group that became his friend, and was the only one who could understand the loneliness that naruto went through

i understand sasuke is his "percious bond" the first one that led him to being the hero of the village basicly, he'd probably go this far for any of his friends because of his nindo, or just because hes the good guy thats his job lol.

too bad kakashi had been out on a mission when they left to get sasuke back, if he'd been with the genin they would have had sasuke caught and brought back before orochimaru could deepen him into a total bad guy.
but that wouldn't make as interesting a story.
