You mean the guy who stood safe in the underground while his village was getting destroyed? No thanks.
He doesn't give second chances nor is tolerant (Uchiha clan), treats Jinchuuriki like weapons (Naruto) and goes way too far in his pathetic quest for world domination when the world is better on others hands.
He only harmed Konoha by delaying Naruto's arrival and strenghtened Sasuke's hatred while failling to kill him. Too many fails and bad decisions done. He's even worse than Hiruzen.
This guy promotes war and conflits more than his delusional idea of peace.

There's also the fact that Danzō solos everyone. There is literally no counter to KA.

Danzo would be a f**kin tyrant if he ruled obviously and the villagers won't like him.

He won't actually mind to sacrifice some villagers with no proper justifications. He had done it before, by being in cahoot with Orochimaru and also didn't help when Pein invaded Konoha. Also, where the f**k was he during Orochimaru's invasion? Of course, he was also involved in that too.

He'd introduce some tyrannical rules. He'd make possible unfair punishments and treatments, like what he had done to the Uchiha clan after the Kyuubi attack.

He won't want to have a healthy relationship with the other villagers. All he ever wanted was for Konoha to be the greatest that rule them all. He'd amass lots of powers and that'd include stealing powers from other villages.

The ninja world won't have a glimmer of hope of achieving peace with someone like Danzo as the head of one of the villagers.
