What if Oro desides to team up with Obito and revives Danzo. If that happened, would Danzo be awakened with Shisui's eye completely intact and ready to use? I know Oro said he wasn't going to get involved, but when has Oro ever been trustworthy?

that's a confirmation that IWR returns dead people how they were before dieing.

the **** oro was never sealed. when he was killed the cures mark still remained on others. when danzo killed himself his tattoo disappeared from sai

Its imposible to revive a dead person who has been sealed, wich is why you don't see the 1-4 hokages in the edo-tensi, all of them have been sealed.....

Danzou crushed the eye to prevent anyone else from using it.

Danzou's seal at his death was to seal other people within his corpse after he died.

I don't think Danzou's seal had anything to do with his soul being sealed... I think it simply traps anything it captures in his corpse.

The whole point of that seal was if Danzou was to die, he could also take away those near him. It could also be that Danzou only used that seal because he knew he was dead.

Danzo tried to seal Sasuk and Obito into his body, it wasnt mean to seal himself. He died and he crushed SHisuis eye before he died, so if he was brought back it wouldnt matter shisuis eye would be crushed anyway.

It wont happen, Danzo's story is done when Sasuke killed him. Once a character is not important to the story anymore,tthey are not relevant.

Examples: Chiyo, Kimimaro

They died good deaths and their story was done. Chiyo redeemed herself by giving life to the person whos life she ruined(Gaara). Kimimaro helped Orochimaru one last time so he could have Sasukes body .

There are also chracters that were relevant to the story but Kishi is stupid not to do it.

Examples: Neji's father , 7 Ninja swordsman of the Mist

Kishi could have made a dialogue with Nejis father and Neji. I cant believe Suigetsu didnt get to have dialogue with the 7 ninja swordsmen and we didnt get to see Kakashis rampage against them.

There are also characters which were still relevant to the story and kishi brought them back because of that.

Examples:Itachi, Hanzo, Gaaras father,
Sasuke needed to talk to Itachi and find out the truth from him. Hanzo was just a very hyped character we always heard about and we finally got to see him in action. Gaaras dialogue with his father was good and we needed to know the truth of his birth.

There are also chracters that were a waste to bring back.

examples: Asuma, Dan

Asuma already died and talked to his team about their goals,bringing him back for Choji was stupid. No one cares about Dan lol. Madara still beat the shit outta Tsunade. So it was a waste.
