Danzo was 100% vs Sasuke tho. Sasuke fought Raikage his bodyguards samurai Gaara his bodyguards and more had his chakra filled a little but still was feeling the effects of using MS and Susano'o for long periods. He was in no way 100%

I'm talking about after Danzo and Sasuke were stabbed. Both were injured and running on empty. After Obito saved Sasuke from Ohnoki's jinton, Karin fully healed Sasuke. Add that Sasuke essentially just camped susanno the entire fight against Danzo, also leads to the presumption that Sasuke wasn't hurting as bad as he was when he was fighting Ay and Mei.
