A reincarnation is when a deceased soul is reborn into a new being. If Danzo would have been Tobirama's reincarnation, Danzo should have been born after Nidaime died. But as facts reveal to us, both were alive at the same time which means that your theory is not plausible or possible at all. They do however share some similarities but they are not and could not ever be the reincarnation of the other.

Look. Indra was able to reincarnate into Naruto when his chakra entered Naruto's body many years after Hashirama's death. Naruto was probably in the womb at that time or something and that is why Indra was able to reincarnate into him.

As for Tobirama.. both Tobirama and Danzo were alive during the First Shinobi War and Danzo was a Chuunin at that time. You're basically saying that Tobirama died, then his soul entered the body of an already alive Danzo and twisted his ideologies which makes no sense

Just because Danzo and Tobirama have a little in common does not mean Danzo is Tobirama's reincarnation.

By your logic,
1) Kabuto is Orochimaru's reincarnation
2) Sakura is Tsunade's reincarnation
3) Lee is Gai's reincarnation and so on

It doesn't make any sense

I read that but it isn't something we know for a fact. We can only speculate which will eventually lead us nowhere concrete. But the thought is a nice one to indulge for a few minutes.
