I just realize that Kakashi isn't the only non-ushiha that can use the mangekyo sharingan because Koto amatsukami is shisui's Mankekyo sharingan technique !

Ye kakashi got the most basic sharingan (2 tomoe) and he upgraded all the way to ms. Danzou has all mature sharingan (3 tomoe). And shisui eyes are unique and extraordinary.

But i guess technically he did have ms.
