My good man, let me tell you a secret. The whole Madara Danzo theory has been done a GAZILLION TIMES. And here's the truth. Danzo is another guy, Madara is a different guy. The fact that you want one person to be the same with another is so absurd. Cant you just let Danzo be danzo and Madara be Madara. Plus Madara is TOBI. What kind of person would want three identies?

Danzou is not Madara, unless he can have a constant clone in Konoha.

Why? Because they have been in different places at the same time.

Remember, many things that take several manga are actually happening at the same time and in rather a short time.

Sasuke handing over the 8-tails is happening as Pain decides to head for Konoha. Danzou is in Konoha, Madara in the Akatsuki hideout waiting for Sasuke with his prey.

The ceremony where Madara realizes something gets wrong happens as Sasuke gets ready to head for Konoha, and probably when Pain has already arrived in Konona. In a few seconds, Pain invades Konoha and Tsunade decides to send the frog to look for Naruto and Danzou kills it. So he cannot be Madara.

So Danzou was killing the frog shortly after we saw Madara complaining that Sasuke had made a mess with the 8-tails.

Plus we see Danzou thinking that he does not want to hand the village over to Akatsuki!

second danzou order itachi to kill the uchihia clan..
why would madara do that if he would later do it himself..
second while danzou killed the frog madara was trying to seal the 8-tails..
third danzou slayed the frog so naruto wouldnt come and lose 9-tails to aukautsuki.
if they did the village hes trying to take over would die.

Although I do not believe the Danzou = Madara theory, the fact Madara is an Uchiha does not mean anything. Madara wanted to kill the clan as they did not follow him into doing a civil war for him to become the Hokage.
