Hirunzen will destroy jiraya with RDS and will sacrifice himself,
so tsunade vs Kakashi and Danzo vs Orochimaru
Problems are the boss summons of the sannins, but without gamabutas and jirayas fire combo, baku of danzo has better chances of keeping the slug and manda busy,but i think baku still wouldn't last long, but maybe that time would be enough for kakashi to kill tsunade with Kamui, so in the end it would be Orochimaru + Manda vs Danzo and weakened kakashi ( kamui drained him to much due its early shippuden kakashi)

It could go either way, except danzo would be able to cast izanagi even on other people like kakashi, they would have the possibility to allow early shippuuden kakashi to spam kamui, but don't know really what danzos izanagi is capable of.

Tsuande is stronger than jiraya, her strength will help?
She can pull chakra, as seen with the chakra rope when they pull the bujji out of Obito.

And she can undo the reapers damage.

So go ahead a sig it, you had to pick a specific part, instead of the whole thing

Who blitzes Hirunzen ? He has better speed feats than every sannin and he has the most intel in this match.
He knows the sannin and Danzo, he would figure out that the boss summons of his students are the main problem, so he would take out jiraya with RDS first.

Orochimaruo was able to hold himself against the seal because hiruzen was stabbed by the sword of Oro and its called will power which made orochimaru strong enough to resist the curse. Tsunade cannot touch/pull jirayas soul back =D

Right to the beginning Hirunzen would use RDS and take out jiraya without suffering wounds, even with his old age he would be able to take jirayas soul.

Hirunzen has Reaper death seal + Enma , Enma can keep jiraya busy while danzo fights with orochimaru, Hirunzen would have enough time to prepare the Reaper Death Seal which will be more effective due to the reason hiruzen is not harmed like when he fought Oro.
He would use it against Oro or J-mann, both are equal.

i saw intel is none, than you are right he wouldnt use the Rds right to begin.
But Enma is a big threat to everyone of the sannins, i dont think they will summon their big summonings right off the bat.

ofc kakashi wont summon his dogs at the start and they will catch tsunade, kakashi would time it right after he tricked her with clones and hiding like a mole and the dogs would be able to hold her only little time, but i think kakashi would have still enough time to warp her with kamui, maybe before she summons katsyu.

With izanagi danzo would defeat Orochimaru, while hiruzen prbably gets killed by jiraya, the victory of the match would require wheter the sannins useing their summons, when hiruzen would uses Rds and so on.

this is a vs match, its weird to say hiruzen wont use his strongest attack because he want to live, i think in a Vs match its important that one team beats the other and it doesnt matter who is the last one standing.
