Danzo.
The fact that Danzo is Shimura, doesnt decrease the chances of him being Obito's father, because Obito's mother could be an Uchiha. Giving Obito the Uchiha genes.
However Danzo is not Obito's father.
We have seen a picture in the manga in Obito's room, with his parents on it.
The picture is not that clear, but it is certainly not Danzo.
Kagami.
It is likely for me that Obito's father is Uchiha Kagami and that Obito is the older brother of Shisui Uchiha.
Kagami father and mother unknown:
Obito older brother
and Shisui younger brother.
Fugaku father and Mikoto mother:
Itachi older brother
and Sasuke younger brother.
