Danzo is he an anti-hero or a bad guy ?

It was game over for him, so what path he chose then didn't even matter. He knew he was going to die, so that barely counts. What matters isn't how you die, but how you live. How you lived defines who you are. Choosing a new path once you die like Danzo is just saving face when you realize nothing matters at that point.

There is a major difference in between what Danzo was willing to sacrifice for his village and what Madara and Obito sacrificed to reach reach their goals. Both were well intentioned extremists, but Danzo had a line he knew not to cross.

Danzo didn't care about crossing lines, in what world did Danzo give you that impression? He used the Hidden Rain like a chessboard and carelessly had a genocide done for the 'good' of Konoha. On the other hand, Obito killed plenty of people so he could bring the world into a peaceful genjutsu.

Saving a village that will just cause more war by causing a bunch of destruction and taking lives is pointless in the face of trying to save the entire world.

He killed the Akatsuki because they were a threat, and while its not excusable, its also not that heinous compared to what Obito did. The Uchiha coup on the other hand was a lose-lose situation, and there was absolutely no other option. You think Itachi would have a greed to that if there was?

So, Danzo orchestrated the killing of the Akatsuki, a small group he saw as a threat, and he organized the Uchiha Massacre, which had it gone any other way would have resulted in even more death. Obito, on the other hand, killed dozens of thousands in his pursuit of a fake peace. Danzo is by no means excusable, but the things Obito did were far, far, far worse. He orchestrated a civil war, the Kyuubi attack, the Akatsuki itself and had arguably just as much of a hand in the Uchiha massacre as Danzo. Not to mention the world war he started.

Danzo was a prime example of what a Shinobi should be in his old era.

Obito is just a vicious madman with an end goal.

Danzo is responsible for betraying Nagato, Yahiko and Konnan.

Heck for all we know Danzo might even be responsible for Orochimaru turnig evil, although that is just speculation.

Why am i not surprised. You support a scumbag like him. If that guy was hokage, konoha will surely seize to exist. Believe it. Don't add hiruzen into it. Although he was a weak leader in this situation and let the bastard handle it, violence and stabbing people in the back are not on his resumé and are not his stuff. Whatever the case, i am glad sasuke injured him without any mercy. However, if this chance were given to others, his head will be place on a pike and his body used to feed the sharks.
