Because there was a huge barrier preventing anyone, including Danzo, from getting to Hiruzen or Oro.

He probably didn't want to, but even if he did oro set up a barrier so it was 1 v 1 and no one could intervene

he wanted to rule and plus he probably got the sharingan's (from uchiha massacre prob) and hashirama face from oro so he wanted to respect their relationship with danzo oro would've been done for sure xd

First of all there was a barrier surrounding them.

Second, Danzo wouldn't have helped Hiruzen even if he could. He'd have gladly sat back and watched him die in order to become Hokage.
