You simple minded people get wrapped up in words. All genocide is bad, right? But what if you knew for a fact that a very small group of people were about to destroy your home and quite possibly spark a world war? You would stand by and let them do it because you didn't like the sound of "genocide". You can make excuses all day about how the Uchiha massacre was wrong, I've countered every one of them.
So before you compare Danzō to Heinrich Himmler, bear in mind that Danzō had about 100 or so killed swiftly. Himmler had about 6 million killed slowly and cruelly. Danzō legitimately protected his home from those who'd unwittingly destroy it. Himmler had no actual reason to do what he did.
