shisui did not attempt to KA Danzo.. in the anime he only had his 3Tomoe activated, but KA is MS jutsu

Yes, I'm talking about Kaguya, Madara, Sasuke, Gai, Kakashi, Edo Hokages, Juubito...etc. Numbers won't matter.

So you probably already know the genjutsu Kotoamatsukami (KA) pretty much gg's any character regardless of how strong they are. It doesn't require eye contact and once you're under it you don't even realize you're in a genjutsu, so it's impossible to know what you're doing.

Unfortunately, KA has a cool-down time of 10 years for Shisui (or in Danzo's case, several hours due to Hashirama's cells.)

He can bypass this problem by activating izanagi before using KA. During activation, izanagi keeps all the good things as part of reality, but rewrites anything disadvantageous to the user as a dream. This includes death, injury, chakra depletion, etc. The cooldown time for izanagi would be considered a "something disadvantageous to the user." So the cooldown time gets rewritten as a dream while his opponent is still under KA's influence.

Therefore, as long as izanagi is activated, Danzo can spam KA to his heart's content. Before you say "Danzo couldn't use KA in his battle with Sasuke," that's because he had already used KA at the kage summit without activating izanagi prior to usage, so the cooldown time had already started before he activated izanagi.

The only people I can think of that KA wouldn't affect are Naruto and Killer Bee, since the bijuu inside them can disturb their chakra and break them out of genjutsu.

And how is some one that have KA and even dozen of Izanagi

It doens't block all genjutsu, Kabuto's genjutsu effected Sasuke. BZ said his PS blocked the light which would correspond to visual genjutsu, doesn't say anything about blocking sound based genjutsu.

Izanagi is a Genjutsu the user casts on themselves to make any disadvantageous reality they've stumbled into, into nothing more than an illusion. Danzō dying, was an illusion.

No, that's fanfiction and scientifically inaccurate.

Wavelengths and diffraction of light waves and sound waves are completely different and not necessarily mutually inclusive. Without any feats against sound genjutsu, there's no reason to believe it can block it.
