The things he did as a hokage was out of good intent but all and all was a fail. the reason he was hokage in the first place imo was because the villagers didnt trust an uchiha as hokage. i mean even up until the third, the uchiha helped found the village and not one was hokage. sounds like alotta distrust. but yeah as a hokage he messed up.

He Created Edo Tensei

..Why the hell you do that for Tobirama =0 this jutsu requires a sacrifice to use. Who did you kill to use this move? It better have not been Hashirama =0 haha j/p but it is his fault zombie ninjas are f'ckin sh!t up right now.But honestly, why create such an evil jutsu? I bet he didnt know his jutsu would kill his own student either. it does not fit the code of the first at all. i believe he is the reason danzo has the ideology that he has. it is rather dark if i must say.

Now about the konoha police. Letting the uchiha be the police as a sign of trust ehh? Cleaver..well your anbu hommies were keeping tabs on the uchiha. No doubt an order by danzo. and he made itachi a double agent to sell out the uchiha. Keeping them all in one place to watch them easily. The distrust then caused them to try to rebel and take konoha. Danzo as we all know is responsible for giving the order to itachi for the uchiha clan massacre after finding out about the Uchiha's betrayal. something tells me he never really liked or trusted uchiha so i bet he was glad to give the order.This was infact a direct order by ANBU. Itachi then went to Tobi to help him kill the clan. Tobi in exchange for not bumm rushing the village again like he did with the ninetails. Tobi was just trynna crush all of konoha but settled for just the uchiha. haha thats abit funny to me. and i guess danzo helped kill some uchiha too. i mean how else did he take shisui's eye. im sure it was by force and the ones in his arms had to get there some how aswell. why was tobi still lerking around konoha inthe first place for itachi to find him? I since some one from the leaf working with him *cough* Danzo* cough* but hey i cannot say i just know Danzo and tobi were probably working together..idk how likely but hey. there were at the same place doing the same thing. killing uchihas

no but watching the uchiha has been goin on sice madara and hashirama fought. they never fully trusted uchiha.

Tobirama stopped working on the Edo Tensei when he found out it required a sacrifice. I doubt he had evil intentions. When you are creating a jutsu, you don't know what it requires or does at first.

Just like when Naruto created the Rasenshuriken.

Actually, he did use it, because that's how it became known. He just never mastered it. Oro and Kabuto did though.

Let's face it for it to ne banned first someone has to use kt most likely its creater. There's no doubt he used it I'm just wondering who was the 1st sacrifice.

It kinda makes you feel bad for the Uchiha joining forces with your enemy and a bunch of other clans you could of surely wiped out to form something new and have everyone hate your from the start. I get why you make the 1st & 2nd Hokages Senju I'll give them that I'll even give them the 3rd being "The Professor" and and all but your telling me you couldn't find one powerful Uchiha to be the 4th? It was for the purpose of controlling someone who could use a tech to devastate an entire battlefield without dying. Madara said something like this. It's not exact, but that was pretty much it.

Kagami being on the same team as Danzo and Sarutobi cant be just a coincidence because the time frame fits perfectly and just look at the hair...imma get flamed hard.....
